From battling the Polio epidemic to pioneering the first Child Life program and launching the Neuroscience Institute, Nicklaus Children's Hospital has always led the way in pediatric care and innovation.

This year, we invite you to make a gift during the challenge period from March 9-13, and make an impact for generations.

Nicklaus Children's Hospital is where your child matters most™.
So does your gift.

Meet Naomi: Diagnosed with scoliosis at six years old, Naomi has been fighting hard to prevent further curvature of her spine. After years of trying various treatment options, and with puberty causing greater curve progression, Naomi and her family sought other treatment options. It was at Nicklaus Children’s Orthopedic, Sports Medicine & Spine Institute where Naomi and her family found comfort and hope.

Meet Tristan: Tristan’s life changed forever after a bone cancer diagnosis. Thanks to the multidisciplinary and compassionate care team at Nicklaus Children’s Helen & Jacob Shaham Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute, today he is on the road to recovery and regaining his strength.

Meet Carmella & Angelo: When five-year-old Carmella developed unusual bruising and red spots on her skin, her parents rushed her to the emergency room, where testing revealed a critically low platelet count. At Nicklaus Children’s Helen & Jacob Shaham Cancer & Blood Disorders Institute, she was diagnosed with severe aplastic anemia and underwent a life-saving bone marrow transplant, with her younger brother Angelo as her perfect-match donor. Today, thanks to expert care at Nicklaus Children’s, Carmella is back on the soccer field and shares an unbreakable bond with the brother who helped save her life.

Keily, an 11-month-old girl born with a bilateral cleft lip and palate was the first child to undergo an operation in Kenneth C. Griffin Surgical Tower, one of the most innovative pediatric surgical facilities in the nation.
